Welcome to the office of Dr. Charles Wahl & Associates! We are a patient oriented general dentistry office looking for an addition to our excellent dental family. Our ideal candidate is dependable, friendly and willing to work independently. Our office is technologically advanced including CAD/CAM technology for restorations, Dentrix paperless patient charts and an all digital Dexis x-ray experience for our patients which includes both panorex and CBCT scans. *All PPE provided Some everyday duties include but are not limited to: -Perform 4 handed dentistry including being able to anticipate the needs of the doctor chairside -Take diagnostic x-rays as instructed by the doctor -Set up and breakdown of the operatory according to the procedure being performed -Sterilization of instruments -Schedule upcoming appointments for patients appropriately -Keep track of lab cases for patient appointments -Maintain cleanliness of operatory and remove trash daily -Opening and closing of sterilization area We look forward to meeting you! Qualifications Valid NJ Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification Proficiency in X-Ray techniques and dental imaging Strong knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy Experience with chairside assisting and general dentistry procedures Familiarity with Dentrix a plus Understanding of aseptic techniques and infection control practices Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Safety equipment provided Uniform allowance Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: X-Ray Certification (Required) NJ Registered Dental Assistant license (Required) Work Location: In person
