Position Summary We are seeking a full-time Orthodontic Assistant who is hardworking, reliable, and truly excited to be part of a positive, high-performing team. What Weâre Looking For At least 1 year of orthodontic assisting experience (strongly preferred) California Orthodontic Assistant Permit (OAP) or RDA license Current X-ray certification and CPR/BLS A strong work ethic and the ability to stay organized in a busy environment A naturally positive, upbeat personality that matches our energetic team culture Genuine passion for patient care and a team-first attitude We want someone who shows up ready to work hard, takes pride in their role, and genuinely enjoys being part of a close-knit practice where everyone supports one another.
