We are looking for a motivated and reliable Dental Assistant & Sterilization Technician to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Dental Assistant Duties: Assist dentists during procedures and treatments Prepare and maintain treatment rooms Take and process dental X-rays (if certified) Ensure patient comfort and provide chairside support Maintain accurate patient records Sterilization Technician Duties: Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment Maintain sterilization logs and compliance with safety protocols Ensure operatories are properly stocked and organized Follow OSHA and infection control guidelines Qualifications Prior dental assisting or sterilization experience preferred Knowledge of dental instruments and procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Certification (if required by state) is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($18–$22) Performance-based bonuses Supportive team environment Growth and learning opportunities Additional perks and benefits How to Apply Apply today with your resume!
