Overview Callister Dental is seeking an RDA to join our amazing team. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in our dental practice, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care in a friendly and efficient environment. Join us to make a difference in the lives of our patients while working alongside a passionate team! Hours are M-Th 7:45-5:30 Enjoy a 4 day work week with Fridays off and a long weekend! What you’ll do Assist dentists with chairside procedures, employing four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Set up and tear down rooms for a wide variety of general dentistry procedures. Set up for and assist with fillings, crowns, root canals, dental implants, clear aligners, and other procedures. Manage patient records using Open Dental Take X-rays and sterilize instruments while using proper infection control standards. Take vital signs and prepare patients for examinations and treatment, providing them with clear instructions and support throughout their visit. Maintain a clean and organized work environment Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care, fostering long-term dental health. Collaborate with the dental receptionist to schedule appointments Basic qualifications RDA license is preferred but not required. Certificate for xrays and coronal polishing IS REQUIRED. Proficiency in dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and infection control practices. Preferred qualifications Knowledge of 3D scanning technology for advanced imaging solutions.
