Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients across all age groups. Perform a wide range of dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate effectively with patients and team members. Maintain detailed medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety and prevent cross-contamination. Use dental imaging technology and possess knowledge of anatomy to accurately assess oral health conditions. Collaborate with the dental team to deliver four-handed dentistry for efficient patient care delivery. Stay current with advancements in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and related fields to enhance clinical skills. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines while maintaining a professional office environment. Qualifications Dentist Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and skilled dentist to join our team. Qualifications & Preferences: Available to start within 15â40 days Passion for comprehensive case planning and treatment Experience or strong interest in: Full Mouth Rehabilitation (FMR) Implant dentistry (All-on-X cases) Quadrant dentistry Sedation certification is a plus, but not required High level of communication What Weâre Looking For: A dentist who enjoys complex, comprehensive care Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills Commitment to high-quality patient outcomes Valid state licensure as a Dentist with current credentials to practice general dentistry. Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment with familiarity in pediatric dentistry preferred. Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy relevant to oral health. Demonstrated ability in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and other restorative procedures. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs compassionately and thoroughly. Knowledge of infection control practices, medical imaging techniques, and aseptic techniques essential for safe practice. Ability to work efficiently within a team environment while managing multiple patient cases effectively.
