Responsibilities: Answering phones with a warm, professional tone Checking patients in and out Supporting the front office team and keeping the day running smoothly Requirements: Minimum 1 year of front desk experience in an orthodontic office (ortho only – general dental will not be considered) Excellent phone skills and patient communication Dependable, organized, and team-oriented Please note: This is a Friday-only position.
