Duties Perform pediatric dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning tailored to children’s unique needs. Conduct dental procedures including restorations, extractions, pulp therapy, and space maintainers with precision and care. Educate young patients and their guardians on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and dietary habits to promote lifelong dental health. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure thorough medical records management. Collaborate with team members to implement infection control protocols and uphold the highest standards of safety and sterilization. Demonstrate proficiency in dental terminology, endodontics, oral surgery, and root canal therapy relevant to pediatric cases. Ensure smooth clinic operations Experience Proven experience working in a pediatric dentistry Familiarity with dental office software Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with young patients and their families while maintaining professionalism.
