Duties Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing Conduct oral health assessments and charting with ThriveCloud Take digital dental radiographs using sensor technology Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Assist dentists with exams and treatment planning Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols Requirements Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Alabama Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program Current CPR/BLS certification Experience with digital X-ray systems (sensors) preferred Strong communication and patient-care skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
