We are a growing, family-owned dental practice with a team of four dedicated dentists, and weâre looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Office Receptionist to join our team! What Youâll Do: Greet and welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-ins/check-outs Answer phones and assist patients with questions Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth front office flow Support our clinical team by creating a positive, comfortable patient experience What Weâre Looking For: Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Dental or medical office experience preferred (but weâre willing to train the right person!)
