You will be a key driver of clinical efficiency and patient experience , working closely with the doctor to ensure every procedure runs smoothly and every patient feels supported. What Youâll Own Chairside & Clinical Excellence Assist doctor during procedures with strong 4-handed dentistry technique Prepare and break down operatories efficiently and ahead of schedule Ensure all instruments, materials, and technology are ready to go Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols Patient Experience Prepare patients and guide them through procedures Create a calm, confident, and high-touch experience Anticipate patient needs and support comfort throughout visits Flow & Team Coordination Work closely with front desk and clinical team to maintain schedule flow Anticipate provider needs to minimize downtime Help ensure the day runs on time and without disruption Technology & Systems Work with OpenDental, Dexis, iTero, and Cerec (preferred) Support accurate charting and documentation Who You Are Highly organized and detail-oriented Fast, efficient, and proactive Calm under pressure in a busy environment Positive, professional, and team-oriented Takes ownership and steps in without being asked Committed to high standards of care and service Requirements Minimum 1 year dental assisting experience (required) Experience with 4-handed dentistry Familiarity with OpenDental, Dexis, iTero, or Cerec (preferred) Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM or Thursday, Friday, Alternate Saturday: 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM Open to 2 to 3 days per week Potential to grow into full-time for the right candidate Benefits 401(k) Health & dental insurance Paid time off Flexible scheduling What Success Looks Like Operatories are always prepared ahead of time Providers can move efficiently without delays Patients feel cared for, calm, and confident The clinical day runs smoothly and on schedule Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Paid training Referral program Application Question(s): Tell us about a time you worked in a fast-paced clinical environment.
