Established Stony Point dental office seeks a full time dental assistant, someone with a great personality and loves working with patients. Our Dental Assistant is a key team member to our practice! We're looking for a motivated, hard-working, dynamic dental assistant. Responsibilities for this role are as following: Must manage and follow the infection control guidelines in the office Welcome the patient and seat them in the operatory with the smile. Make patients feel comfortable while they are in chair for treatment Setup the operatory pre and post treatment Take dental radiographs(X-Rays) Assist the dentist during all treatment procedures Educate patients on the best oral hygiene practices to maintain good oral health Handle dental supply orders and dental cases with labs Support front-desk tasks as necessary You'd be working with a fabulous team in a great working environment with potential to grow with us! Dental experience, computer skills, and excellent customer service skills are required. Knowledge of Dental Terminology, Eaglesoft, Microsoft Office is a plus.
