Job Summary We are a patient-focused dental practice specializing in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and reliable Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities Assist the pediatric dentist during clinical procedures Prepare, sterilize, and maintain instruments, treatment rooms, and equipment in compliance with infection control protocols Take digital X-rays and intraoral photographs as needed Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Support a smooth patient flow while maintaining a calm, friendly, and child-focused environment Accurately chart and document patient records Provide chairside support for pediatric treatments such as cleanings, sealants, fillings, and behavior guidance techniques Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed Assist front office team with scheduling, patient communication, and administrative tasks when required Qualifications Previous experience in dentistry required (orthodontic experience preferred) Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Team-oriented, professional, and dependable Knowledge of dental infection control and safety protocols Excellent communication skills with both children and adults What We Offer Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to work with both pediatric and orthodontic cases Career growth and development opportunities Apply today to join our team and help create healthy, confident smiles!
