In Search of an experienced Associate Dentist to join our well-established, privately-owned practice in west side Santa Barbara, CA! Are you an experienced Associate Dentist looking to join an established, growing practice? We currently have an opening for an experienced, productive provider! Key Responsibilities: ·Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning. ·Provide a range of dental services, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dentistry, with a focus on needs-based dentistry. ·Collaborate with the dental team to create treatment plans that align with the patients' individual needs and goals. ·Evaluate and treat patients interested in Invisalign treatment (certification is a plus). Qualifications: * D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school * Active state dental license and malpractice insurance. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Focused on Teamwork for overall practice success * Proficiency in dental software and record-keeping systems * 10+ years of experience preferred This associate dentist position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, team and patient-focused environment while making a meaningful difference in the oral health and well-being of our community.
