Mandarin Chinese–Speaking Dental Assistant Endodontic Specialty Practice | Eastchester, NY We are looking for a kind, dependable, and detail-oriented dental assistant to join our growing endodontic specialty practice long-term . This position is ideal for someone who is looking for a stable office , enjoys taking pride in their work, and wants to become a valued part of a close-knit team . We are especially looking for someone who can help patients feel calm, comfortable, and cared for , as many of our patients come in feeling anxious about treatment. Location Eastchester, NY Schedule Monday, Wednesday, Friday Additional days may be available for candidates willing to travel to our Flushing, NY location Compensation $20–$27/hour , based on experience and skill set What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Warm and reassuring with patients Detail-oriented and organized Reliable and punctual Calm under pressure and able to stay focused during procedures Comfortable helping with both clinical and administrative tasks Looking for a long-term role in a supportive office Responsibilities Assist chairside during endodontic and surgical procedures Help patients feel comfortable during treatment Take dental x-rays Prepare and break down treatment rooms Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical flow Greet patients and provide a welcoming experience Answer phones, schedule appointments, and update patient charts Verify insurance, review co-pays, create invoices, and collect payments Help track supplies and manage inventory Requirements At least 1 year of dental assisting experience Fluent in Mandarin Chinese Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable helping with both clinical and front office responsibilities Preferred Endodontic experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate We are looking for someone who values consistency, teamwork, and patient care , and who wants to grow into a meaningful long-term role within the office.
