We are looking for a competent Dental Assistant & Receptionist, Dental assistants with management skills, should be well-organized, data entering, review charts, communicate with insurances and can create claims & review them, make and organize office schedules, great attention to detail. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care. Responsibilities Be able to communicate in Spanish. Communicate well over the phone with patients and vendors. Entering patients information, check insurance eligibility, review charts, create claims & review them. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures Sterilize instruments according to regulations and keep records. Prepare patients for treatments. Select and set up instruments. Perform all duties of RDA efficiently. Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked Skills Bilingual ( Spanish ) Proven experience as dental assistant & Dental administration.
