Duties Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service with professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude Schedule appointments accurately using dental practice management software (Dentrix) Verify insurance benefits, process claims, and handle medical collections with precision and compliance to HIPAA regulations Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including intake forms and documentation review Assist with insurance verification and benefit breakdowns Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and multi-line phone system operation Requirements Proven experience as a medical or dental receptionist with clinic or dental office experience Strong knowledge of dental terminology preferred Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus Excellent computer skills Ability to handle sensitive patient information securely in compliance with HIPAA standards Bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse patient populations Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review and medical administrative support Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation Join us to make a positive impact on patients’ lives while advancing your career in a supportive and energetic environment!
