Orthodontic Dental Assistant Trainee (Entry-Level, Chinese Speaking Preferred) - Manhattan Bridge Orthodontics - Flushing, NY

⚠ IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING Fast-paced orthodontic office hiring a Clinical Assistant Trainee for both our Manhattan (Chinatown) and Flushing (Queens) locations. This position begins with hands-on training in our lab and sterilization area, followed by progression into full clinical assisting. Weekend availability is required. This role is best suited for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an efficient clinical environment. Training & Growth Path All new team members begin with training in our sterilization and lab area to build a strong foundation in infection control, instrument management, and clinical workflow. From there, you will progress into hands-on clinical assisting, including chairside orthodontic procedures, digital scanning, and patient care. This is a structured training path designed for long-term growth in orthodontics.
