Dental Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator Location: Beverly Hills, CA Schedule: 5 days per week (MondayâThursday ) Hours: 9:30 AM â 5:00 PM About Us Beverly Hills BioDental is a boutique, biologically focused dental practice known for our holistic approach, advanced technology, and warm, patient-centered environment. Weâre looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and care Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Present treatment plans and handle payments at time of service Maintain accurate patient records and daily reports Support the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow Keep the front office organized, calm, and inviting Qualifications 1+ year of dental front office experience preferred Experience in a private or boutique dental setting is a plus Proficiency with dental software (Eaglesoft or similar) preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Professional, reliable, and kind demeanor Comfort discussing treatment fees and coordinating appointments Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Supportive, family-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth in a modern biological practice Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
