Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative treatment, molar root canal , crown and bridge, wisdom extractions , removables Diagnose and present thoughtful, patient-centered treatment plans with a focus on long-term oral health Take the time to educate patients and build lasting relationships based on trust and transparency Deliver high-quality clinical care with attention to detail and patient comfort Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to ensure a seamless and personalized patient experience Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation using OPEN DENTAL Uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety Qualifications Active California dental license in good standing Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Minimum five years working experience required Strong clinical judgement with a comprehensive, patient-first approach to care Excellent communication skills and a warm, personable chair-side manner Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high productive work, high-quality standard of care A long-term mindset with interest in growing within the practice What We Offer A focused on high patient volume A supportive, experienced team that values collaboration and excellence The opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients A stable, long-term position in a well-established practice Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $650 - $1000 per day Expected hours: 8.0 â 40.0 per week Work Location: In person Pay: $650.00 - $800.00 per day Experience: General dentistry: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: California Dentist License (Required) Work Location: In person
