Experienced Dental Assistant Needed!! We are looking for an experienced 4 handed dental assistant to come join our team! Must be friendly, outgoing, reliable and responsible with a good chairside manner. Hours are Monday & Thursdays 9-6, Tuesday and Wednesdays 8-6, Some Fridays if interested, no weekends. Responsibilities Welcome Patients in the dental office when being seated Prepare Patients for treatments or post-ops ensuring their comfort Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed Sterilize instruments and rooms according to regulations Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry Provide post-operative care instructions Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked Skills & Requirements Minimum of 2 years as a Dental Assistant Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health & safety regulations Good computer skills Knowledge of Dentrix and Dexis a plus Able to take recall and full mouth x-rays Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail Well-organized and reliable High school diploma Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Ability to Relocate: Brooklyn, NY 11234: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
