The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced orthodontic assistant to join our high-level clinical team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment. You will function as a key clinical partnerâsupporting traditional braces, clear aligners, treatment presentation, virtual care and enhancing both efficiency and patient experience. Key Responsibilities Clinical Excellence & Chairside Support Assist during advanced orthodontic procedures, including aligner therapy, fixed appliances, and interdisciplinary cases Maintain efficient chairside flow while prioritizing patient comfort and safety Prepare operatories, instruments, digital scans, and materials to exacting standards Orthodontic Workflow & Systems Capture high-quality digital scans, photos, and records Support Invisalign and digital treatment workflows Manage appointments, staging, and appliance delivery Ensure accuracy and consistency across all orthodontic systems and protocols Patient Experience Deliver a calm, confident, and elevated patient experience Communicate clearly and professionally with patients throughout treatment Build trust and rapport, ensuring patients feel supported at every step Who You Are Experienced orthodontic assistant (3+ years preferred) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient Strong understanding of orthodontic mechanics and workflows Comfortable with digital dentistry and scanning technology Team-first mindset with strong communication skills Positive, proactive, and committed to excellence Why Join Us Work in a modern, design-forward, high-end clinical environment Be part of a true multidisciplinary team Gain exposure to advanced, comprehensive orthodontic care Learn from experienced clinicians and leaders in the field Join a culture built on growth, collaboration, and purpose We value: Clear communication and a positive, high-energy mindset Collaboration, accountability and ownership Excellence with humility Continuous growthâclinically and personally If you are an experienced orthodontic assistant looking to work at a higher level and be part of a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary practice, we would love to meet you.
