We have a fun, positive, high-energy environmentâand weâre looking for the right fit to lead and grow with our team. This is not an entry-level or âjust assistingâ role. Schedule: Wednesdays: 8:00 AM â 5:00 PM Thursdays: 12:00 PM â 7:00 PM 1 Saturday per month Fridays to be added in the near future What Youâll Do: Lead and hold the assisting team accountable Implement and maintain efficient systems Manage inventory and organization Keep the office running on time and at a high standard What Weâre Looking For: 5+ years dental assisting (pediatric strongly preferred) Proven leadership (not just seniority) Highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven Thrives in a fast-paced environment X-ray certified (required) Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay (based on experience) PTO & Sick days 401(k) matching Weâre looking for someone who brings both leadership and positive energyâsomeone who elevates the team, not just fills a role.
