Job Summary A well established Endodontic Specialty Practice looking for a qualified FULL-TIME dental assistant. Can train in endodontics from a general dentistry background. Applicant MUST have a positive team attitude , work well with others and MUST be reliable and punctual. Must have a reliable car to be able to travel between two offices when needed. Bonuses, health benefits (medical and dental), and paid-time-off are all available. Responsibilities and Duties 1. Assist Doctor in patient care 2. Maintain office (stocking supplies, cleanliness, sterilization) 3. Secondary assistance in front office duties (answering phones, scheduling appointments) Qualifications and Skills Have the usual dental assistant qualifications. Must have radiology license or equivalent, be proficient in taking radiographs, work well with patients, be knowledgeable in infection control and standard infection procedures for maintaining instruments and sterilization, some computer skills to work with endodontic record keeping software (TDO), professional behavior to patients and co-workers.
