Responsibilities: Assist dentists during examinations and procedures to ensure a smooth workflow. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment for patient treatments. Manage patient records and schedule appointments efficiently. Provide excellent patient care and address any patient concerns with empathy. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as required. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with the dental team to enhance overall patient experience. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification preferred. Proven experience as a dental assistant or in a similar role. Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality care. Current CPR certification is a plus.
