We are looking for a passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support our orthodontic team in delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities: Assist the orthodontist during procedures and patient examinations. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment to ensure a safe environment. Take radiographs (X-rays) as needed. Take orthodontic records: photograph, scan, PAN, CephL Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Manage patient records and scheduling to maintain efficient office operations. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience. Monitor and document patient progress throughout treatment. Collaborate with team members to enhance patient care and office workflow. participate in Social Media efforts participate in business developement Be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 8:45AM to 7PM and one Saturday/month from 8:45 AM to 2PM Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification preferred. Previous experience as an orthodontic assistant or in a dental setting of one year or more. Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and terminology. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks. Basic computer skills for patient record management. Current CPR certification is required.
