Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Full-Time Chowchilla, CA We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our modern, patient-focused dental practice. Responsibilities Assist the dentist with a variety of clinical procedures Take and process dental x-rays Perform coronal polishing, temporary crowns, and other permitted duties Conduct teeth whitening procedures Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols Prepare and organize trays, instruments, and materials Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent chairside support Qualifications Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (Required) Minimum 2 years of RDA experience (Preferred) Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Familiarity with OSHA and HIPAA regulations Proficiency with Dentrix software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Positive attitude with the ability to create a welcoming environment Compensation & Benefits $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience) Dental insurance Paid time off (sick & vacation) Employee discounts Leadership training and growth opportunities Fun and supportive office culture Schedule Full-time 8-hour shifts Monday through Thursday Location Requirement Applicants must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Chowchilla, CA 93610 prior to starting.
