Dental Assistant – High-Level Clinical Role (Orange County) - LifeTime Smiles of OC - Santa Ana, CA

This is NOT an entry-level position . We are looking for a reliable, detail-focused Dental Assistant who performs at a high level consistently. At Lifetime Smiles of OC and Can’t Sleep Center, we are a precision-driven, patient-first practice . Every detail matters. This role is for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way every time. What you’ll do Four-handed chairside assisting with efficiency and flow Operatory setup, breakdown, and sterilization at a high standard Assist with implants and cosmetic procedures iTero scans and high-quality clinical photography Lab case coordination and inventory management Confident patient communication and post-op instructions What we’re looking for 3+ years chairside experience. iTero experience required Dental photography experience preferred CEREC experience is a strong plus Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and consistency Positive, proactive mindset Schedule Monday to Thursday Occasional half-day Fridays as needed Benefits 401(k) match, dental care, PTO, paid sick time, ongoing training, and advancement opportunities Application Questions Please answer the following when applying: How many years of dental assisting experience do you have?
