In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and organizing records. This position requires strong skills, excellent clinical knowledge, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, records management, and infection control protocols. Please note: Candidate should have working knowledge of Orthodontic records: x-rays and photos. In working with new & existing team members with an open heart & mind; additional responsibilities including the below: SPECIFIC DUTIES Ensure exceptional patient experience and office efficiency. Follow the Orthodontist’s instructions and adhere to the Orthodontist’s directives. Ensure consistent high quality records Proactively receive patients on their first visit, welcoming into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable. Collecting and organizing orthodontic records, including X-rays, photographs, and impressions Ensuring that all records are accurately labeled and stored Assisting orthodontists and dental assistants during orthodontic procedures Preparing and maintaining equipment and instruments Providing support to patients and their families, answering any questions or concerns Updating patient charts and treatment plans Following infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and sterile environment Assisting with scheduling and coordinating appointments Performs miscellaneous job-related as assigned Part-time to start, with opportunity for Full Time position with full benefits.
