Registered Dental Hygienist – Full-Time (4 Days/Week) We are a busy, high-performing dental practice seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis (4 days/week). What We're Looking For: We're searching for a hygienist who is confident, personable, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have: Strong knowledge of Soft Tissue Management protocols Experience using soft tissue lasers (Laser Certification preferred) Excellent chairside manner and interpersonal skills Proficiency in: Taking digital X-rays Performing periodontal charting Capturing intraoral images and iTero scans Presenting and explainingcomprehensive periodontal care to patients Practice Highlights: Diverse patient base (PPO & cash) Manageable schedule: ~8 patients per day Collaboration with an i n-house Periodontist for advanced perio treatment Opportunity to discuss and incorporate Invisalign/Ortho as part of oral hygiene care Qualifications: Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Laser Certified Current BLS/CPR certification If you're a motivated hygienist ready to make a real impact in a collaborative and supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
