Schedule: Wednesdays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) About the Role We are looking for a skilled and friendly Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on Wednesdays! This position is currently available to cover a medical leave. While the role is technically temporary to start, there is a strong possibility of it becoming a long-term, permanent addition to our practice. What a Typical Day Looks Like Quality Care: We believe in quality over quantity. You’ll see 8 patients per day with a full hour dedicated to each appointment. Full Scope: You’ll handle the standard hygiene workflow (med history, X-rays, perio charting, SRP, and patient education) with enough time to finish your chart notes and manage your operatory. Collaboration: We focus on the link between oral and systemic health, working together to empower our patients. What We’re Looking For A valid California RDH License and current certifications (CPR, infection control, etc.). A punctual self-starter who can hit the ground running. Excellent chairside manner—someone who is empathetic, warm, and able to build rapport with a diverse patient base. A team player who brings positive energy to the office.
