Responsibilities Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care with precision, professionalism, and genuine compassion Perform thorough prophylaxis, periodontal assessments, and other hygiene procedures within scope of practice Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and long-term hygiene strategies in a clear and engaging way Review and update medical histories and patient records with accuracy and attention to detail Take high-quality diagnostic x-rays Partner closely with the doctor to identify concerns, communicate findings, and support comprehensive patient care Create a comfortable, reassuring, and elevated chairside experience for every patient Maintain the highest standards of infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, treatment rooms, and clinical areas Ensure treatment rooms are impeccably prepared, organized, and stocked Monitor and maintain clinical inventory and dental supplies Deliver a true VIP-level experience through attentive service, professionalism, and thoughtful patient interaction Contribute positively to a team culture centered on excellence, refinement, and compassionate care Qualifications Experience, Competencies, and Education: Active California Dental Hygienist license Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care Excellent communication and patient education abilities Poised, polished, and professional presentation Warm, friendly, and service-oriented demeanor Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail Collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for helping others A problem-solver who remains calm, thoughtful, and composed under pressure A desire to be part of a modern, high-end practice that prioritizes both patient experience and team culture Why Join I-Rise Dental Boutique?
