Title: Associate Dentist Location: Centennial, CO Position Type: Part-Time | Independent Contractor (1099) Schedule: Flexible: Starting at 2-3 days per week, with opportunity to expand to additional days per week over time Experience Level: DDS or DMD with minimum 2 years of clinical experience Compensation: Compensation includes a guaranteed daily rate of $700â$900 during the initial 90-day period, after which compensation transitions to a percentage of adjusted collections attributable to the providerâs production. Higher compensation may be offered for candidates with biological dentistry experience and/or advanced laser utilization. We are seeking a part-time Associate Dentist to join our care team and support a growing patient base seeking biological, oral-systemic care. This role is ideal for a dentist who is interested in practicing beyond the traditional model and is open to expanding their clinical skillset within a biologically aligned framework. What Youâll Do: Provide comprehensive dental care aligned with biological, oral-systemic, and whole-body health principles, prioritizing biocompatible materials, minimal toxicity, and patient safety Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures including restorative, preventative, and surgical care within a biologically informed framework Evaluate, diagnose, and treatment plan using advanced diagnostics, including oral microbiome testing, digital imaging, intraoral scanning, and 3D Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) for airway assessment Conduct and interpret airway evaluations, including collaboration on or review of sleep studies for sleep-disordered breathing and sleep apnea Perform or collaborate on procedures such as SMART amalgam removal, Nightlase laser therapy, ozone therapy, and laser-assisted dentistry Collaborate closely with dentists and medical providers on interdisciplinary cases, integrating dental care into broader functional and preventive treatment plans Educate patients on the connection between oral health and systemic wellness, clearly communicating treatment options and biologically informed considerations Deliver a calm, high-touch, patient-first experience, with attention to comfort, nervous system regulation, and long-term health outcomes What Weâre Looking For: Licensed DDS or DMD in the state of Colorado Minimum 2 years of clinical experience Interest in biological dentistry, oralâsystemic health, and interdisciplinary care Willingness to complete training and certification in biological dentistry protocols, including, but not limited to: IAMOT Fundamentals of Biological Dentistry IAMOT SMART (Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique) Ozone therapy Fotona laser technology Experience with biocompatible materials preferred; candidates without prior experience must demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adopt biologically aligned protocols Professional, collaborative, and patient-centered approach High clinical standards and commitment to continuous improvement Why Youâll Love Working With Us: Innovative Care Model: Practice in a setting that integrates dentistry and functional medicine to treat root causes and improve systemic health Start-Up Energy with Purpose: Help shape systems, workflows, and a one-of-a-kind clinic culture from the ground up Collaborative Team Culture: Work closely with passionate providers across multiple disciplines Beautiful, Modern Space: Practice in a thoughtfully designed, fully equipped, state-of-the-art facility Professional Growth: Access continuing education, hands-on training, and mentorship in biological and oral-systemic dentistry Be part of a revolutionary clinic thatâs redefining dental care from the inside out.
