Position Overview We’re seeking a caring and experienced Chairside Dental Assistant who takes pride in delivering excellent patient care. This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, confident in their clinical skills, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Assist chairside during procedures including fillings, crowns, extractions, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring proper sterilization and infection control protocols Capture digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and iTero scans Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix Support efficient clinical workflow and patient flow Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Qualifications Minimum 1 year of chairside dental assisting experience Active X-ray and CPR certifications required Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology Experience with digital imaging (ITero preferred) Experience with Dentrix preferred Understanding of infection control and aseptic techniques Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude Benefits 401(k) with employer matching Paid time off Employee discounts Continuing Education Courses Why Join Us?
