What You’ll Be Doing ✔ Greet patients and guide them through their Kissing Camels experience ✔ Gather patient information and review health histories ✔ Take and process dental X-rays (must meet state requirements) ✔ Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterilization standards ✔ Assist the dentist during procedures ✔ Perform coronal polishing, sealants, fluoride, and topical anesthetic application ✔ Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care ✔ Maintain organization and attention to detail in all clinical systems ✔ Support scheduling flow and ensure an exceptional patient experience What We’re Looking For ✔ Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience (required) ✔ Current CPR certification ✔ X-ray certification meeting local and state requirements ✔ Strong understanding of dental hygiene and sterilization procedures ✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ✔ Compassionate, caring, and patient-focused mindset ✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining a positive attitude ✔ A true team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail Position Details Job Type: Full-time (4 days/week) or Part-time Experience: 2 years dental assisting (Required) Benefits Include: ✔ 401(k) & 401(k) matching ✔ Health insurance ✔ Complimentary dental care ✔ Employee discounts ✔ Paid time off & paid sick time ✔ Professional development assistance ✔ Opportunities for advancement Discover Colorado Springs!
