This role suits a hygienist confident in periodontal therapy and motivated by production-based earnings and autonomy. Schedule & Location 1-3 days/week (Waterbury/Meriden) 8am–5pm patient hours Potential for additional days Compensation Production-based with strong earning potential Rewards efficiency, case acceptance, and performance Requirements 3+ years of clinical hygiene experience (no new grads) Local anesthesia certified Dental loupes required Strong periodontal therapy background (SRP, maintenance, disease management) Proven success in a high-producing environment Excellent communication and team-oriented mindset Responsibilities Provide periodontal therapy and maintenance care Administer local anesthesia Educate patients and support case acceptance Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate documentation Manage hygiene scheduling Take intra-oral photographs (will train if not experienced) Communication with referring dentists and other dental health professionals.
