Lead Dental Assistant (EDDA Required) – 58 Peaks Dental (Denver, CO) Full-Time 58 Peaks Dental is a modern, patient-centered private practice seeking a reliable EDDA to join our team in a lead dental assistant role . This position is ideal for someone who is organized, takes initiative, and wants to play a key role in a well-run, efficient practice. Lead experience is preferred but not required. Schedule: Mon–Tues: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Wed–Thurs: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Fridays & Weekends: OFF ~32–36 hours/week Key Responsibilities: Chairside assisting (general procedures) Ability to place fillings class 1s and class 2s Crown temporization Intra oral scanning Digital X-rays Setup, sterilization, and operatory flow Training of less experience dental assistants Maintain organization and efficiency Support daily team coordination and workflow Requirements: EDDA certification (required) Dental assisting experience Strong reliability and work ethic Team-oriented with good communication skills Ability to take initiative and help lead What We Offer: Consistent schedule (no Fridays/weekends) Supportive, efficient team environment Competitive pay (based on experience)
