Dental Assistant - Spring Hope Family Dentistry - Spring Hope, NC

We're a private practice and we're hiring a Dental Assistant. $23-$27/hr depending on experience. Team bonus has been averaging $2.50/hr extra for the last 6 months on top of your base pay. 4-day work week. Monday-Thursday. 7:10am to 3:30pm. Health insurance -- we cover 80% of your silver plan. 8 days PTO, 7 days Paid Holiday, 401(k) with 3% match, CE paid for. That's the quick version. Here's the rest. About the practice: Private, owner-operated. One doctor, 3 ops, 3 assistants (you'll be one), 2 Hygiene, 2 Hygienists, 2 business assistants, 1 remote. You're not running between rooms all day. We're out of network so we actually have time with our patients -- we treat them like family, not like a production line. We run CBCT, intraoral scanners, handheld X-ray (wall mounted too), 3D printing, and digital workflows. If you've been wanting to work with better technology, this is it. What the job looks like day to day: - Chairside assisting for general, restorative, surgical, and cosmetic - Intraoral scanners and digital impressions - Clear aligner cases from scan to delivery - CBCT imaging and 3D printing - Sterilization, room setup and breakdown, instrument processing - Helping patients understand their treatment - Temporaries and lab case management What we need: - Some chairside experience. 1-2 years is ideal but if you're a recent grad who's hungry to learn, talk to us. - NC X-ray certification. - Comfortable with technology and not stuck in "the way we've always done it." - Show up on time. Be positive. Care about the work. - Communicate well with patients and with the team. Bonus if you have: - Clear aligner experience. - Nitrous Monitoring and Polishing Certificates.
