Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and provide them with necessary information regarding their appointments and services. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring a productive schedule and optimal use of the dental practice's time. Process patient information using computerized systems, Dentrix. Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Assist with billing and insurance verification processes as needed. Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming for patients. Skills Proficient in dental terminology and medical records management. Strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of dental coding systems is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a preferred, enhancing communication with Spanish-speaking patients. Competence in using computerized systems for scheduling and record keeping. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
