Associate General Dentist – Astra Dental Astra Dental is looking for an Associate General Dentist to join our growing private practice in Stratford, CT. We are a modern FFS/PPO office focused on comprehensive dentistry, strong patient relationships, and high-quality care. Our office is technology-heavy. We offer restorative dentistry, crowns, bridges, extractions, dentures, emergency care, implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, digital dentistry, and same-day dentistry. Compensation Guaranteed $800/day with the opportunity to earn more based on percentage of collections. We have CEREC and an in-house lab (4 axis milling, 5 axis milling, 3d printers, facial scanners, intraoral scanners, exocad) . No lab fees if using our in house lab. What we’re looking for Must be able to diagnose and treatment plan confidently Comfortable presenting treatment options to patients Strong communication skills and good chairside manner Confident with general dentistry procedures Willing to learn and grow clinically Comfortable in a FFS/PPO private practice setting Surgical, endo, implant, cosmetic, or digital dentistry experience is a plus This is a great opportunity for a dentist who wants mentorship, modern technology, a strong patient base, and the ability to grow clinically and financially in a comprehensive private practice setting.
