Nona Smiles is a well established dental practice that has been in business since 2009. Our doctor can provide all aspects of dentistry including dental implants, cosmetic, sleep apnea and Botox. Our office is growing and so is our front desk team! Our goal is to continue adding providers and with that comes additional expertise in our front desk department. We know that a front desk team member come in a different range of personalities; you're the front desk team member we are looking for if you are comfortable in a dental environment that is efficient and timely. You love helping people with a smile on your face and bring positive energy. You appreciate your teammates and help to build trust and comprehension to our schedule. Position require a professional self starter who is friendly, outgoing and a fast learner. The ideal candidate would have the following skills: *2 YEARS OF DENTAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. *MUST BE BILINGUAL (FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH). *PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH EAGLESOFT DENTAL SOFTWARE. *Excellent verbal and written communication ability. *You are comfortable answering phone calls and delivering information to a wide variety of sources. *You learn quickly on a computer and area capable of maneuvering around a savvy software system (Eaglesoft). *You are comfortable in an ever-changing, ever-growing environment. *Professional appearance with strong attention to detail. *Must be reliable, have excellent work ethic, and ability to multi-task.
