Dental Assistant / Front Office Coordinator Miami Beach, FL 33140 Mon–Wed (Clinical) | Thurs–Fri (Future Admin Growth) $24–$35/hr (Based on Experience) We are seeking a dependable, bilingual Dental Assistant who is comfortable both chairside assisting and at the front desk. This role blends clinical assisting with administrative coordination and offers growth into a leadership position as the practice expands. Please apply only if you: Are fluent in English & Spanish Can reliably commute to Miami Beach (33140) Are comfortable assisting and handling front desk duties Are organized, proactive, and take ownership Clinical Responsibilities: Assist during procedures using four-handed dentistry Take radiographs and assist with digital scanning Sterilize instruments per OSHA standards Record accurate clinical notes and update medical histories Provide post-op and oral hygiene instructions Administrative Responsibilities: Answer phones and schedule patients Verify insurance and assist with claims (training available) Manage patient communication and follow-up Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant records Support smooth daily office flow Qualifications: Prior dental assisting experience required Familiarity with dental software (Oryx, Eaglesoft, etc.) Strong communication and organizational skills Competitive pay, clear growth potential, and opportunity to be part of a modern, expanding practice.
