Overview We are a patient-centered dental practice committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care in a modern and supportive environment. We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant with at least 3 years of hands-on clinical experience to join our team and contribute to exceptional patient outcomes. Duties Assist the dentist during a wide range of procedures, including restorative, prosthodontic, surgical, and cosmetic treatments Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials according to infection control and sterilization protocols Take and process digital X-rays and intraoral images Manage chairside workflow efficiently to ensure smooth patient flow Provide excellent patient care before, during, and after procedures Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment plans Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment notes Assist with lab cases, impressions, temporaries, and chairside adjustments Support front desk or administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting Graduation from an accredited dental assisting program Current certifications as required by state regulations (e.g., X-ray certification, CPR/BLS) Strong knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and procedures Excellent chairside manner and communication skills Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Preferred Skills (Bonus) Experience with Open Dental and insurance billing.
