Surgical Dental Assistant Wanted, IV Sedation / AOX Growth Position Growing dental practice seeking a Surgical Dental Assistant for an upcoming IV sedation and All-on-X surgical program . Ideal candidates will have: Phlebotomy experience DAANCE certification, or strong surgical assisting background Implant / oral surgery experience Comfort assisting with IV sedation cases Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism This position is for someone who understands surgical dentistry and wants to grow with a practice moving heavily toward AOX, implant surgery, and advanced procedures . (READ THIS TWICE) Paid out-of-state travel will be required for training and certification, as Florida does not currently offer the needed in-state certification pathway. If you are qualified, you already know what this position requires. We are looking for the right person to build this program with us.
