Family Dental At Wesley Chapel is looking for a caring and competent dental assistant who will make the dentist’s office more efficient and pleasant for patients. This is a part time position. Pay will be based on experience/skills/ ability to perform responsibilities. Qualified applicants who can take on the responsibilities and skills outlined below are preferred. Dental Assistant needed for Tuesdays & Thursdays. Office Hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Responsibilities include (and are not limited to the following): Welcome patients and prepare them for treatment, ensuring their comfort. Take dental x-rays. Assist the dentist chairside. Use Intra-oral scanner. Make temporary crowns. Provide post-operative care instructions. Take alginate impressions, pour and trim models. Clean up operatories after patient care is complete. Set up operatories, instruments and materials. Sterilize instruments according to regulations. Skills Caring & Reliable. Able to follow instructions. Respect dental office regulations.
