As a well-established private orthodontic practice, we're looking for a high-energy, EXPERIENCED ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT to join and expand our current team. Responsibilities: Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures and patient appointments Take diagnostic records including photographs, impressions, and radiographs Sterilize and maintain instruments in accordance with OSHA and infection control standards Ensure patient comfort and deliver an excellent clinical experience Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes and charting Monitor inventory and clinical supplies as needed Support overall clinical flow and maintain an efficient schedule Requirements: MUST have at least 2 years of orthodontic assisting experience, orthodontics strongly preferred over dental Dental Assisting Certificate required Orthodontic Expanded Functions Certification strongly preferred Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic personality Excellent punctuality, communication and organizational skills What we offer: Competitive pay based on experience Supportive and fun team atmosphere Bonuses and Daily Incentives 401 (k), paid time off Hours & Location: Monday-Thursday 7:45AM-5:00PM Baldwin Park & Kissimmee Office If you are enthusiastic about orthodontics, enjoy working with patients, and want to be part of a supportive, growth-focused team, we want to meet you!
