Our office is looking to hire an energetic, fast-paced, and compassionate individual to add to our team. Some requirements are as follows: Able to conduct initial dental assessments Perform routine cleanings Remove calculus and plaque (hard and soft deposits) from all surfaces of the teeth Ability to take and developing dental radio graphs (x-rays) Able to assist with restorative procedures Patient screening procedures; such as assessment of oral health conditions, review of the health history, oral cancer screening, head and neck inspection, dental charting and taking blood pressure and pulse Apply preventive materials to the teeth (e.g., sealants and fluorides) Teach patient’s appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health; (e.g., tooth brushing, flossing and nutritional counseling) Ability to communicate with patients, team members and dentist Detail-oriented and thorough while charting and documenting patient care Compassionate Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location: In person
