Overview Dental Assistant – Private Practice (4-Day Work Week!) We are a solo, privately owned dental practice led by one doctor, offering a more personal, patient-focused experience in a close-knit office setting. Duties Assist dentist during a variety of procedures including general and cosmetic dentistry. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments using aseptic techniques and maintaining infection control standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations Take dental X-rays. Itero training is provided Manage patient records using Dentrix and updating medical documentation accurately and efficiently Managing medical records with attention to detail Maintain inventory of dental supplies, ensuring all tools and materials are available for daily operations while adhering to infection control guidelines Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine love for working with people Dental assisting experience preferred but not required - we are happy to train the right person with a great attitude Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance On-the-job training Paid time off Application Question(s): Do you have any prior experience in a dental office?
