Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to our dental team, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow while delivering exceptional patient care. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist dentist during various procedures, including general dentistry, endodontics, and oral surgery. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following aseptic techniques. Take patient histories and manage patient records using dental software such as Epic. Operate 3D scanners for imaging and assist in creating dental impressions. Provide chairside assistance during four-handed dentistry procedures to enhance efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Experience EFDA Certificate Familiarity with dental software systems such as Dentrix is advantageous. Experience with 3D scanning technology is desirable but not required. Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. Days: Tues.-Sat.
