Join Our Fun & Energetic Orthodontic Team in Carrollwood, FL Job Title: Treatment Coordinator â Orthodontic Practice Location: Tampa, FL Practice: Miller Orthodontics Role Overview We are seeking an outgoing, dependable, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our orthodontic practice. While dental or orthodontic experience is preferred, we will consider candidates with strong customer service, sales, or healthcare backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow with us. Comprehensive training will be provided for all aspects of this role. We are hiring primarily for personality, attitude, and coachability . The right candidate is someone who is friendly with patients, reliable, organized, and open to feedback. Skills will be taught; work ethic and mindset are non-negotiable. What We Will Train You On You will receive hands-on training and support in all of the following areas: Presenting orthodontic treatment plans Communicating confidently with patients Following up with pending treatment patients Organizing and tracking patient follow-ups Discussing payment options and balances Handling overdue accounts professionally Taking clinical photos and orthodontic X-rays Supporting daily office flow and scheduling systems Your Responsibilities (After Training) Guide patients from consultation to treatment start Maintain consistent follow-up with patients Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members Take ownership of assigned tasks and outcomes Support the clinical and front office team as needed Ideal Candidate (Most Important) Extremely dependable and punctual Outgoing, friendly, and confident Highly organized and detail-oriented CoachÂable and receptive to feedback Accountable and solution-oriented Comfortable speaking with patients and families Experience & Requirements Willingness to learn and improve Strong communication skills Why Join Us Full training and mentorship provided Clear expectations and support systems Long-term opportunity in a high-standards orthodontic practice Positive, professional work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Application Question(s): Describe a time you made a mistake at work.
