Dental Hygienist Position (Double-Booking / Two-Column Schedule Available) Sign-Up Bonus: $2,000 plus Commission Base: 8% or $$35.00- $45.00 per hour, whichever is higher. We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This role is 100% commission-based or hourly, whichever is higher, and is ideal for a high-performing hygienist who desires unlimited earning potential in a busy office that supports double-booking (two-column hygiene) to maximize production. Schedule: - Full-Time - Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday , Thursday and Friday Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services - Perform periodontal charting, exams, SRP, prophy, and perio maintenance - Update and maintain accurate medical histories and documentation - Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos (assistant support provided) - Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations - Maintain OSHA/HIPAA compliance - Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team - Effectively manage a double-booked / two-column hygiene schedule What We’re Looking For: - Active Florida RDH license - CPR certified - Anesthesia license - Strong clinical skills, especially in periodontal diagnosis - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, two-column setting - Professional, dependable, and self-motivated - Excellent communication and patient education skills - Experience with open dental software If you are a driven, high-producing hygienist seeking a commission-only opportunity with unlimited earning potential, we would love to hear from you!
